REGISTRATION STEPS
(available as of April 9) that are located:

o Request forms to be sent home in Brown Envelope.
2. Parents complete forms.
3. Parents return forms to school by choosing one of the two options below:
A. Return to school in Brown Envelope or bring to school office.
OR
B. Attend an information meeting: (assistance in completing forms will be available).
1) Aquin High School Cafeteria on Tuesday, April 22, 2008:
a) 6:00 p.m. Families with children in grades 7-12 in 2008-2009.
§ High School course information presented.
b) 7:00 p.m. Families with children in grades K-6 in 2008-2009.
2) Aquin High School Library on Wednesday, April 23, 2:30 p.m. (Grades K-12):
assistance in completing forms; turn in signed forms.
3) Aquin Elementary School on Tuesday, April 29, 3:15 p.m. (Grades K-12):
assistance in completing forms; turn in signed forms.
4. Payment of Registration Fee ($50 by April 30 . $100 if paid after April 30).

TIMELINE
April 14 . Kindergarten Visitation 8:45 – 11:15 a.m.
April 17 . 6th Graders visit Aquin, 10:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
6th Grade Parent Informational Meeting at 6:00 p.m. in Aquin cafeteria.
(may turn in signed registration forms).
April 21 . Pre-School Open House: 9:00-10:00 a.m. or 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Today until April 22 . Parents complete Registration Forms.
April 22 . Meeting at Aquin High School Cafeteria 6:00 and 7:00 p.m.
(see above).
April 23 & 29 . Optional times to return forms (see above).
April 30 . Registration Fee ($50) and signed Tuition Contract due.
After April 30 . $50 late charge on Registration Fee (Total = $100) due.
PRE-SCHOOL REGISTRATION
o Pay registration fee (1/10th of tuition;) due in office by May 2, 2008.
o After registration fee is paid, PreSchool tuition is divided into 9 remaining payments, due August through April (due by the 15th of each month).
REGISTRATION FEE for Grades K-12
(per student: no refunds on any / all fees)
o $50 if paid by April 30 (applied to book fee)
o $100 if paid after April 30 (only $50 applied to book fee; $50 penalty)
2008-2009 TUITION
-Council of Administration approved a 4% tuition increase (instead of 4.5% increase first considered in November 2007).
-Council of Administration approved $900 tuition differential (for students who do not belong to participating Catholic parish) per family instead of per student.
TUITION OPTIONS
-Tuition Option Plan #1: Pay according to 2008-2009 Tuition Scale (see below).
-Tuition Option Plan #2: If possible, parents are encouraged to pay “Fair Share” Tuition:
o Pay “1st Child” tuition rate for all children in family.
o May designate tuition difference to tuition assistance for a specific family or the
Guardian Angel Fund or designate it to other budget line item (i.e. library,
science, technology, etc.)
-Tuition Option Plan #3: If possible, parents are encouraged to pay
“Cost Per Pupil” Tuition:
o Pay “Actual Average Cost” tuition rate for all children in family ($4,580).
o May designate tuition difference same as for Option #2 (see above).

Additional $900 per family if family is not member of participating Catholic parish (determined by pastor).
TUITION PAYMENTS
1. Begin in July 2008 (assessed July 2008 through May 2009). Parents may select electronic payment plan.
2. Due by the 15th of the month; late fee of $25 per month on overdue balances unless prior arrangements have been made with the Business Office.
3. 3% discount if entire payment (tuition/fees) paid by July 15, 2008. Additional 4% charge for credit card payments.
TUITION ASSISTANCE
Forms are located in both school offices; priority date is April 31, 2008.
REFUNDS(Council of Administration Policy # 3240.3)
- No refunds for any/all fees; Students are assessed tuition for every month (any/or all day/s) they are enrolled in Aquin Catholic Schools, August through May.

The Aquin Senior High Program of Studies 2008-09 is now available. Please refer to it during Registration.
